Artquil Private Limited builds a prompt-to-video generation platform. We operate from 23 MIG Flats, Shiv Shakti Colony, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India, and we are the data fiduciary for the information described on this page.

What we collect
This website has no accounts, no sign-up and no contact form. There is nothing to fill in, so browsing it hands us almost nothing.
From the website: our host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not set cookies and we run no analytics. See the cookie policy for the detail.
When you write to us: whatever is in your email — your name, your address, and whatever you chose to tell us about your project.
When you use the platform: the prompts you write, the media you supply as reference, and the videos produced from them.
How we use it
We use what you send us to do the thing you asked for.
- Answering your enquiry, and following up on it
- Generating the video you described, and delivering it to you
- Keeping the service running, and diagnosing it when it breaks
- Meeting a legal or accounting obligation where one applies
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Your prompts and your videos
We do not use your prompts, your reference media or your finished videos to train our models. If that ever changes it will be an explicit opt-in, announced on this site before it takes effect — not a clause quietly added to this page.
What you render is yours. What you write to produce it is yours as well.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Project files — prompts, reference media and rendered video — are retained for [to be confirmed] months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and diagnostics.
Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Security
Data in transit is encrypted. Access to project files is limited to the people on the team who need it to do the work. We are a six-person company and we will not pretend to hold certifications we have not earned — if security posture matters to your procurement process, ask us directly and we will tell you exactly where we are.
Children
This service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the change is material — particularly anything touching how prompts and rendered videos are used — we will say so clearly rather than rely on you noticing a new date.
